These terms govern your use of Steel Hands (steelhands.xyz). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Steel Hands.
Acceptance
By registering, signing in, or otherwise using Steel Hands you enter into a binding agreement with the operator of Steel Hands under these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
Steel Hands helps you review portfolio activity, challenge proposed investment decisions, and keep a decision journal using data you provide or choose to connect from Parqet and Telegram. The service supports educational research and reflection. It does not place trades. Features may change; where a change materially affects the service, we will provide notice where required by law.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Steel Hands, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect, including Parqet and Telegram.
Third-party connections
When you connect Parqet or Telegram, you authorize Steel Hands to access and process the data needed to provide that feature. Crypto prices and icons may be provided by CoinGecko; the attribution is “Crypto prices and symbols by CoinGecko.” Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change or interrupt their services. We are not responsible for matters within a provider's control, but this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can disconnect integrations in Account settings.
Intellectual property
Steel Hands, its branding, and underlying software remain the property of the operator. You retain ownership of your portfolio data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service.
No financial advice
Steel Hands uses artificial intelligence (AI) as part of the service, including to generate text, summaries, and portfolio insights. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated information (sometimes called hallucinations), and outputs may not reflect current facts. AI outputs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only; they are not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Do not rely on an AI output without independently checking important information against reliable sources, and make your own decisions. Past performance does not predict future results. Steel Hands does not place trades.
Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and only for foreseeable loss typical for this agreement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you incur by relying on AI-generated outputs without independent verification, including outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion for data loss, third-party services, or service interruptions.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and intellectual property) remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when needed to reflect legal requirements, security needs, or changes to the service. We will give notice of material changes and obtain your agreement where required by law. The updated version and effective date will appear on this page.
